Independent Retailer: Godspeed Shirts is an independent retailer. All trademarks, logos, and brand names (including “Godspeed New York”) are the property of their respective owners and are used to describe products accurately.
Colors and materials may vary slightly due to photography, monitor settings, and manufacturing tolerances. Size measurements are approximate and may vary by style.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Order Confirmation: After you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This email is not our acceptance of your order.
Acceptance: We accept your order when we dispatch the item(s) or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing. We may cancel all or part of an order for reasons including suspected fraud, item unavailability, or errors.
Preorders/Backorders: Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and may change. You may cancel a preorder prior to shipment by contacting support.
