Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Processing time: 1–2 business days for in‑stock items.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.
- No fulfillment on weekends or US holidays.
- Pre‑order or back‑order items ship by the estimated date shown on the product page; mixed carts may ship separately.
- High-value orders may require additional verification for security.
United States Shipping
We ship from New York via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on weight, service, and destination.
- Standard: 3–7 business days.
- Expedited: 2–3 business days.
- Express: 1–2 business days (weekday delivery only).
- Free standard shipping on US orders $99+ after discounts, before tax. Some exclusions may apply on heavy/oversized items.
- Signature may be required on orders $250+ or at our discretion for security.
Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and begin after your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most regions via DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, UPS, or USPS International.
- Typical delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on service and destination.
- Rates and available services are shown at checkout.
- Duties/Taxes: See Duties & Taxes below for details on DDU vs DDP.
- Remote area surcharges may apply and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after label creation.
- Track anytime through your account or the carrier’s website using your tracking number.
Address Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be submitted as soon as possible to [email protected] with your order number and the change needed.
- We can typically modify or cancel within 30 minutes during business hours; once an order is processed or shipped, changes are no longer guaranteed.
- If an address error causes a return-to-sender, we can reship to the corrected address. Additional postage may apply.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
- PO Boxes ship via USPS only. Expedited/Express services may be limited.
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship via USPS. Delivery times vary by location and military processing.
- Some oversized items cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- For select countries, duties/taxes may be calculated and paid at checkout (DDP). Where not available, orders ship DDU and you’ll pay any assessed import fees upon delivery.
- Customs processing can add time to delivery. We cannot control customs decisions or delays.
- Refusal to pay import fees may result in the order being returned or abandoned. Original shipping and return costs may be deducted from any refund in such cases.
Late, Lost or Delivered but Not Received
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package:
- Wait 24 hours to account for carrier scans and check with neighbors/building staff.
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier to open an investigation.
- Then email [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and case/claim ID.
- Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 7 days of delivery scan (or expected delivery date if never delivered). Photos of packaging and item may be required.
- We’re happy to help file claims, but final outcomes are determined by the carrier.
For added security, we may require signature confirmation on high‑value orders.
Split Shipments & Pre‑Orders
- To speed delivery, your order may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each parcel.
- Pre‑order items ship on their stated launch window. If your cart includes both pre‑order and in‑stock items, we may ship in‑stock first.
- You will be charged for shipping only once per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
