Return Window

- Refund to original payment: within 14 days of delivery
- Exchange/Store credit: within 30 days of delivery

Item Condition

Unworn, unwashed, no odors or marks, all original tags/packaging intact.

Easy & Quick

Pre-approval required. Most returns are processed 2–4 business days after inspection.

How Returns Work

  1. Request approval: Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason.
  2. Receive instructions: We’ll send an RMA and return address or a prepaid label if applicable.
  3. Pack securely: Use original polybag/box when possible; include the RMA inside the parcel.
  4. Ship back: Send within 7 days of approval. Share tracking to speed things up.
  5. Inspection: 2–4 business days after delivery to our facility.
  6. Resolution: Refund, exchange, or store credit issued per your request and eligibility.
Tip: Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking until your refund or exchange is confirmed.

Eligibility Checklist

  • Requested within the applicable window (14/30 days from delivery)
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags and stickers attached
  • No deodorant, makeup, or fragrance marks/odors
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final sale/clearance items noted as “Final Sale” at checkout
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items with removed/detached tags
  • “Mystery” or surprise packs (where specified)
If a non‑eligible item is returned, we may return it to you and deduct reship charges.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Request an exchange in your email. We’ll hold the replacement once your return is in transit (subject to availability). If the requested item is sold out, we’ll issue store credit or a refund per your preference.

Refunds

  • Method: Original payment method (or store credit upon request)
  • Timing: 2–4 business days after inspection; banks may take 5–10 business days to post
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error
  • No restocking fee on approved returns in original condition

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packing slip. We’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or prepaid return and full refund.

  • Include photos of the front/back print, neck label, and the defect
  • Keep packaging until we respond (carriers may require inspection)

International Returns

  • You may return eligible items; use a tracked service
  • Mark the shipment “Return Goods” to avoid duties
  • Original shipping, duties, and taxes are not refundable by us
  • Any return duties/fees we incur may be deducted from the refund

Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or updated within 1 hour of purchase during business hours
  • After dispatch, we cannot reroute; refused/undeliverable packages may incur reship fees

Holiday & Gift Purchases

Orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 qualify for extended exchange/store credit through Jan 31 of the following year (items must remain unworn with tags). Refund window remains 14 days from delivery.
